Tots in Motion: A fun filled fitness class that will help expand gross motor skills: standing, walking, stair climbing, running, galloping, jumping, hopping, kicking, balance board, catching, rolling, throwing, bouncing, and rhythm. Development activities include obstacle courses, parachute, ball play, songs, music, and games that improve balance, rhythm, social skills and overall fitness. Classes are 30 minutes long and are for ages 2 – 5 (Toddler to Pre-Schooler). *Also Parent-Tot and Mom-Tot classes. Kids In Motion: A fun filled fitness class that will get your kids moving and keep them coming back. This class uses kid friendly equipment such as beanbags, balls, balance beams and the parachute to help your child master fundamental motor skills. Themes covered include nutrition and exercise, strength training, ball games and balance activities. Classes are 30 minutes long and are for ages 5 – 10 (Kindergarten to 5th grade). Home School P.E.: A 10-week course for children grades Kindergarten – 5th that promotes healthy lifestyles, physical fitness and socialization. This class uses kid friendly equipment such as beanbags, balls, balance beams and the parachute to help your child master fundamental motor skills. A fitness test will be given at the first and last class to show each student’s progress. Classes are 50 minutes long and are for ages 5 – 10. |
